First annual inspection of activities for doctorates
Documentation to be presented:
- Doctoral candidates must present the following documentation online via this link https://postgrau.uib.es/doctorando
- Research plan. A document that should be roughly 3 pages in length and should include the methodology to be used, objectives to be reached, resources to be used, and a scheduled plan for when specific points will be achieved (see article 12 of Regulatory Agreement 1133 of 23 March 2015 - link: https://seu.uib.cat/fou/acord/113/11330.html). To be included are the title, data, and signatures from the doctoral candidate, the programme director, and the thesis advisor. A scanned copy of the original must also be presented with signatures.
- A GREC CV (form filled out in CVN format).
- Certificates from all activities carried out under the framework of the doctoral programme: interdisciplinary activities and those specific to the programme, attendance of congresses, seminars, stays abroad, etc. All activities that appear on the GREC must be accredited with certified documents or similar.
- Once you have passed your annual inspection you must turn in the original copy of your research plan, duly signed, to the Doctoral School.

- Doctoral candidates must submit the following documentation online via this link https://postgrau.uib.es/doctorando
- A report from the thesis supervisor on the state of the candidate's research.
Only if there have been significant changes (title, methodology, objectives, etc.) to the research plan that was presented in the first annual inspection must a new research plan be provided, including what is set out in article 12 of Regulatory Agreement 11330 of 23rd March 2015 (see https://seu.uib.cat/fou/acord/113/11330.html). It must include the title, date and signatures from the candidate, thesis supervisor and tutor. A scanned copy with corresponding signatures should be provided. If necessary, and after being notified that the annual inspection has been passed, the research plan, duly signed, will be processed by the Doctoral School.
If you only wish to change the title of your research plan, without modifying any other aspect, you will need to attach a positive report for your supervisor/s. - A GREC CV (complete and in CVN format).
- Certificates for all of the activities carried out under the framework of the doctoral programme: interdisciplinary and specific programme activities, attendance at congresses, seminars, stays abroad, etc. All activities in the GREC should be accredited with appropriate certificates or similar.
- A report from the thesis supervisor on the state of the candidate's research.
