Application for Part-time Student Status

  • When does this procedure need to be done?
    Before the end of the standard attendance period for the programme.
    In no instance shall part-time student applications be processed in the last six months of the standard attendance period for the PhD programme.
    After reviewing the application from the interested party, the academic committee for the PhD programme may, as long as the circumstances make it advisable, authorise part-time PhD studies.
     
  • Documentation to submit:
    Accreditation document stating the reason why the student is requesting part-time status (employment contract, company certificate, family register...).
